It depends on where you are. we offer next day delivery for local orders. Worldwide deliveries can take anywhere from 1-5 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way; simply click on your tracking link on the tracking number in the email to view the up to date tracking. This is only available for shipments out of Kuwait.
We ship through DHL for worldwide shipments. For orders placed in Kuwait, we use local courier partners.
A shipping charge of 2-3kd depending on the area applies for deliveries within Kuwait. for orders to international destinations, the shipping fee is 5 kd, and is displayed at checkout. Duties & taxes applies in some countries.

Unfortunately, we don’t do alterations. We are working on offering the option to alter soon. In the meantime, you can alter your items with any high quality tailor stores.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it. if the product is eligible for refund (Item must be unused, tags intact) we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees). You will be refunded to the same payment method you used at the purchase. You will receive an email confirmation for the refund.
